- Current state assessment and gap analysis with respect to EcoVadis Gold.
- Develop policies, procedures and implementation with evidences to close the gaps.
- Training of own team as well as supply chain
- CDP Climate submission and score of B+
- Biodiversity plan and project through an association with WWF
- Report as per TCFD
- Double Materiality and suitable ESG report
The Result
Our client obtained an EcoVadis Gold rating and now we are engaged with the client to improve the rating to Platinum.
